职位描述:
Job Description
1、Act as interface of Operation with Sales and Service department (spare parts sales) for daily production work order planning with balance of manufacturing workload and capacity, material planning with balance of order fulfillment and inventory control, and balance off-season and busy season to plan standard parts production and storage.
2、Fully benefit ERP system and develop tools, if necessary, to optimize production plan, material plan, inventory control as well as daily work efficiency.
3、Tight cooperation with Technology, Production, Procurement and Warehouse, Finance department for On-time delivery control, track order implementation and release schedule to Sales and Service.
4、Based on past orders, sales and service forecast, etc. build up data analysis framework to drive business operation of production plan and material plan.
5、Sort out all data, conduct gap analysis to provide remediation plan.
6、 Realize automatic visualization, intelligence data analysis, to gain automatic daily or weekly or monthly report, provide relevant dept. to monitor production plan and material plan implementation, inventory status and team performance.
7、Any other tasks assigned by the Department Manager.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, industry engineering or production/material planning/management field
Certification、 license
