岗位职责 Job Description1.Work with DE colleagues, Feasibility evaluation and proposal, Make mould specification与DE同事合作，可行性评估和建议，制定模具规范2.Order new mould and control the process of the mould manufacturing and follow up the mould installation and testing progress, mould release and accept订购新模具，控制模具制造过程，跟踪模具安装和测试进度，模具放行和验收3.Check the mould drawings and related document ,technical discussion with mould supplier, Direct the mould maintenance and repairment检查模具图纸及相关文件，与模具供应商进行技术讨论，指导模具的维护和维修4.Mould capacity evaluate and management. Manage the moulds lifetime time, include make PM plan, over lifetime mould evaluate, scrap, replacement etc.模具产能评估与管理。管理模具寿命，包括制定PM计划，模具寿命期评估，报废，更换等。5.Support other department for part improvement from mould side.从模具方面支持其他部门对零件进行改进。专业资质要求 Professional Requirements ​1、More than 5 years working experience of in mould design and manufacture 5年以上模具设计和制造的相关经验；2、CAD/ UG software skill，CAD/UG软件技能；3、SMED skill. 快速换模的技能；4、English basic read, write, speak 基本的英语读写，交流。
