Job Description： Taxation Activities and Management - Prepare/review/analysis various monthly/quarterly/annual tax provisions and prepare monthly Journal Entries related to tax provisions. - Prepare accounts reconciliation for various tax accounts in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures. - Assist researching the US GAAP rules to ensure the accuracy of the financial statement reporting. - Prepare tax information request and coordinate tax preparation work per Global Tax team and assigned tax consulting’s requirement. - Liaison with National tax officials on tax operation analysis and tax inspection.
