职位描述:
1. Tracking customers’ forecast and orders. Update delivery plan.
2. Update system plan according to customers’ forecast and order. Create sales orders and work orders according to customers’ orders and forecast in system.
3. Place purchase orders to suppliers according to sales orders. Provide raw materials forecast to suppliers. Tacking delivery date of raw materials.
4. Keep abreast of production plan and inventory, pre-judge for material procurement, control inventory turnover and minimum safety stock. 5.Feedback abnormal material delivery information, report to OM leadership, coordinate *** to solve related issues. 6. Assis QM in handling defective products and scraps, notify suppliers for replenishment; monthly statistics on suppliers’ on time delivery rate. 7. Supervise and assist subordinate department’s(warehouse) function and work, keep the accounts and the actual data consistent.
8. Other tasks assigned by leadership.
